Government Affairs Council
Our Mission
The mission of the GAC, is to advocate on behalf of AANM's members for legislation, that supports and promotes the industry in its role of providing individual and multi-family rental housing in New Mexico, and Nationally. To inform the members on proposed legislation, regulations and funding that impacts the industry and its ability to provide the housing required within the state.
Vision Statement
On-going Advocacy; that informs, educates, and benefits, the association and its constituents.
