Our members include apartment communities, apartment owners/management, suppliers, and professionals within the apartment industry! The "member" is your apartment community, and anyone who works for the member company is automatically entitled to member benefits. Apartment Community

Note: Your management company's entire New Mexico portfolio must join AANM in order for your community to take advantage of this discounted rate.

Developers

This category of membership is specifically for companies that develop multifamily housing in New Mexico, but do not manage the project. Developer members of AANM have the same member benefits and advantages as property management companies, apartment communities, and independent rental owners. Developers are eligible for volunteer service on event and standing committees, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee

Independent Owner/Communities

Independent Rental Owners (IRO) are individuals that self-manage a small rental housing portfolio. IRO members of AANM have the same member benefits and advantages as traditional apartment community members.
