Online University

AANM, in partnership with the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) offers a universal online-based Learning Management System (LMS) that is utilized across all NAA affiliates. With this system, you can sign up for AANM’s online courses and NAAEI designation classes 24 hours a day! You can take any of the more than 100 courses without leaving the office or home, and you are able to go at your own pace.

You will need your NAA Username and your NAA password. This information will also be your login credentials for the Online University. For example, if your NAA Username is 123456 and your NAA password is abcdef, then your Online University login credentials would be:

Username: 123456

Password: abcdef

 

If you don't know your NAA login credentials, you can retrieve it here.

 

After you sign up for the Online University, you will also be provided with a personal profile with printable transcript that will keep track of all your completed courses including AANM’s in person training, seminars, and podcasts, online courses and NAAEI designations. Upon completion, you will be able to print a certificate. Credits range from 0.25 to 2.0 Continuing Education Credit (CEC).
