The apartment industry opened its hearts and wallets in response to those whose lives were devastated by hurricanes that recently hit Texas and Florida. Support and supplies were provided to the thousands who were left homeless—and reinforcements continue weeks later as a return to normal remains the target. It’s as tough a situation as anyone could find themselves, and by extending “Helping Hands,” the industry will continue to support the recovery process.
