Who are you?

You have a minimum of 2 years in the property management industry. You have the ability to assist your property manager in all aspects of the role, including stepping in their shoes in their absence. You are comfortable in situations that can seem chaotic and you carry yourself with professionalism.

What we need?

We need a leader that can assist the property manager in its retention and financial goals. A few items you’ll be tasked with:
•Leasing and maintenance team supervision
•Property marketing
•Resident retention
•Lease administration
•Rental collections
•Delinquency management.
•Assisting the property manager in various tasks as assigned.

Physical and Mental Requirements
•Employee must be able to lift and or move, up to 25 pounds.
•Stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.
•Climb stairs.
•Ability to work well under high-pressure situations.
•Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
•Ability to work successfully with a variety of personality types.
