Albuquerque, NM - December 8, 2016 - We are beginning what promises to be an outstanding year for our business in New Mexico. To push our industry forward, the Apartment Association of New Mexico (AANM) is pleased to begin 2017 with its new board of directors.
At the Annual Meeting today, the organization installed the new Board. In the lead role, President Bobby Griffith, CFO of JL Gray Company, brings an exciting vision to AANM. Mr. Griffith is recognized around the industry for his work in residential property management and has more than 30 years of experience in the real-estate industry. He has chaired committees and supported numerous AANM education sessions and events with the inclusion of his team throughout the past several years. JL Gray has been a member of AANM for decades, and we are looking forward to and are grateful for their willingness to let us borrow Mr. Griffith to lead our Association this year.
Our entire board is comprised of professionals who are giving of their time and expertise to our industry. The talent, dedication and leadership of our board is sure to be a driving force for AANM to improve and move forward in 2017. Meet the rest of the Board here.
AANM is preparing for its 38th year representing residential rental property owners throughout the state. In addition to member advocacy and education seminars for new and experienced property owners, managers and suppliers, AANM will continue to provide much needed benefits such as help desk assistance and rental forms.
As always, our priority is to serve the membership. With that goal in mind, AANM is looking forward to an innovative and successful year.
