My36Hours.com was founded to provide top quality continuing education to New Mexico real estate licensees. New Mexico real estate license law requires that most licensees have 36 hours of approved continuing education credit courses every three years, in order to renew their Qualifying Broker or Associate Broker's real estate license.
Leading Edge Learning Services's founder, Bob Treece has had 14 years of experience as a qualifying broker for 40 agents and has been licensed since 1986.
Additionally as the Director of Training for The Vaughan Company Realtors, he provided new brokers with the knowledge and expertise to become productive quickly.
Leading Edge Learning Services founder, Bob Treece has been licensed in New Mexico for over 25 years. As a Qualifying Broker for over 14 of those years, he supervised more than 40 real estate brokers and 2 offices for one of New Mexico’s largest real estate firms. Additionally, Bob was the Director of Training and Recruiting and responsible for getting all new brokers off to a good start in the business. Bob was also awarded the “Sales Manager of the Year” through the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors® during his time as a Qualifying Broker.
Combining practical knowledge with a fun environment is what Bob Treece does best. His classes are fast paced, interactive and timely in the subjects and information that is discussed. Bob Treece is an instructor, Certified by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission, to teach more than a dozen different classes. He is also among the select few instructors who teach both core and elective courses for the GRI certification program. Graduate Realtors® Institute is a national certification program that Realtors® can choose to achieve the GRI designation as a demonstration of their commitment to knowledge and professionalism.
As a member of the Board of Directors for both GAAR and the Southwest MLS service, Bob developed a deep knowledge of all the tools and systems that real estate brokers use in New Mexico.
