Mark your calendars and bring your appetite — for food and valuable insight!

We're thrilled to welcome back two featured experts from the Albuquerque Housing Authority (AHA) to our upcoming June 12th investor breakfast meeting, and this is one you won't want to skip.

Whether you're a seasoned Section 8 landlord or simply curious about how the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program could work for your portfolio, this is your chance to get answers straight from the source.

Here's what's on the agenda:

  • The latest updates to the HCV program and what they mean for landlords like you - latest updates for 2026
  • Recent updates regarding inspection standards — what's changed and how to stay ahead of it!
  • Practical compliance tips to protect your investment and keep your units rent-ready!
  • Why should I consider giving Section 8 Housing another look!?

Our Speakers:

🎙 John Gauthier, Housing Services Director — A wealth of experience working with veterans and chronically homeless populations, John brings a unique and grounded perspective on the human side of housing.

🎙 Chanse Trujillo, Sr. Housing Quality Compliance Inspector — With AHA since 2017, Chanse knows inspections inside and out. If you've ever had questions about what inspectors are really looking for, now's your chance to ask.

Great opportunity to connect, ask questions, and stay informed
