Evan Sanderson is CEO of Duke City Property Investments, Inc., where he leads investor relations, capital raising, and long-term growth strategy and beyond. 

Before real estate, Evan served as a firefighter, a career that shaped the leadership, discipline, and decision-making under pressure he brings to business today. He currently serves as President of the Board for the Apartment Association of New Mexico (AANM), advocating for the state's rental housing industry.
