AGENDA: Justin Thayer is a Commercial Relationship Manager at Sunward, where he partners with many local independent real estate investors and business owners to finance commercial properties. Multifamily and construction lending are a major focus at Sunward because they help expand housing and drive growth in our local economy. 

Highlights:

• Multifamily lending experience: He has financed many multifamily properties, with a focus on existing and new construction multifamily loans.
• Strong financial background: He holds a master’s degree in Finance and has nine years in financial services, six and a half of them at Sunward.
• Member-first approach: He gives straightforward answers, sets realistic timelines, and keeps his team working with you after closing.
• Varied career path: He started in the golf business and at NIKE before moving into financial services.

NOW more that any other time in history it's so very important for us to work together when it comes to the rental market and it's demands! Of course we'll continue our journey for further education for both new and current real estate investors!!
