Maria Ania is an accomplished property management executive with more than 20 years of experience overseeing multi-state residential portfolios across New Mexico, Colorado and Florida. As Regional Property Manager for Dominium Management, Inc., Maria has lead operations for over 1,500 residential units across 10 properties, directing a team of 45+ professionals and ensuring excellence in financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction.
Recognized for her strategic leadership and operational innovation, Maria has successfully guided multiple communities through major renovations and resyndications, including two large-scale rehabilitation projects completed in 2024.
