Other career ventures included corporate training, marketing development and special event planning management, corporate tradeshow management/design and professional human resource recruiting. I enjoy team building, effective communication and writing, conducting fair negotiations, budgeting, and designing and presenting professional proposals. People are my business! and my joy.

It is my goal to bring a different perspective to the AANM organization by focusing on building vendor relationships and increasing overall participation and exposure in events held throughout the year. I will advocate to generate more value-added events that will showcase participating vendors to create more interest from the property managers to support the vendors that support their efforts. One way to do this is to have vendor sponsored breakfast meetings, lunch and learns, and sponsor interactive events at the AANM offices. As an example...Yellowstone can present an interactive class in writing a Landscaping Request for Proposal (RFP) showcasing the importance of budgeting for your landscaping needs. Additionally, work directly with the vendors to brainstorm ways to create “loyalty” between the property managers and their vendor partners.
