This couse has been specifically designed to teach and explain the special procedures used by professionals in the restoration process from the damaging affects of a meth lab property. Some issues that will be discussed include: regulations, how hygienists do inspections, clean-up and clearances, and other drug detection.

Course Description:
This seminar will provide attendees with an in-depth analysis of the fair housing laws and how these laws relate to the real estae professional in practice. Additional topics covered include fair housing advertising, fair housing in property management, enforcement and cultural diversity. The course includes updated and new case studies that demonstrate the real-world applications of fair housing law and regulations. Course includes the textbook Fair Housing authored by Marcia Russell, DREI.
