Samantha Boyette was born and raised in the City of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Samantha began her Property Management career as an on-site leasing agent and within 3 years was promoted to a Property Manager. During her time as a Property Manager Samantha has managed lease-up communities and communities struggling with high delinquency. Her properties ranged in size from 506 units to 160 units. In her career she has been able to assist in growing occupancy and increasing rental collections thus, lowering monthly delinquency. Samantha was then promoted to work as a Regional Manager’s Assistant; she oversaw 4 luxury communities in the Santa Fe and Albuquerque market. While being a Regional Manager’s Assistant she also specialized in training on-site staff in: leasing, telephone technique, understanding financials and variance reports, as well as, organization of an office; this included the flow of an office and maintenance team, make ready-boards, and how to communicate effectively with residents. Samantha has specialized in Market Communities for the last 10 years of her career. Before being promoted to Regional Supervisor in 2018 Samantha was an Accountant with Monarch Properties. Her portfolio consisted of 19 communities. She assisted her communities’ sites daily with any questions they may have had regarding move-out statements, adjustments, and posting money. She then analyzed and audited, monthly financial reports and sent them to Ownership for review.
