Instructor Gavin Leach

Hi, I’m instructor Gavin Leach. I have the unique privilege to be a part of Mesa Real Estate Institute, LLC!

My real estate journey starts in 2003. I was a junior at UNM when I decided to attend a campus visit by Pulte Homes. Before I knew it, I was hired as salesperson for Pulte Homes as their sales consultant at the brand new Ventana Ranch West subdivision. I spent 12 great years at Pulte Homes in many different capacities – sales person, marketing coordinator, production assistant and public relations associate.

Since then I have transitioned to teaching full time at both UNM and CNM as I complete my Ph.D. in instructional design. More specifically, I have taught at the Anderson School of Management, communication courses at the Communication and Journalism and Freshman Learning Community. While at CNM, I have taught in the Business Information and Technology Department.

All of which make me uniquely qualified to teach continuing education courses with Mesa Real Estate Institute, LLC. I guess what they say is true, you can take a person out of real estate but you can’t take the real estate out of the person!

Instructor Gavin Leach is approved to teach Intro to Property Management, Managing Single Family Homes and Small Investment properties and Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act.
