The course is a basic introduction to bed bugs in the context of apartment management. We'll cover inspection, detection, and first steps for property managers to take with their tenants to minimize further spread of the infestation before treatment once the bugs have been identified. The class will also discuss industry standards for treatment and things for property managers to look out for when selecting a service provider. We'll dispel some common myths and misunderstandings about the pest, and the attendees will leave equipped with the knowledge of what to do when a tenant first contacts them with an issue.
