Kelle Senyé came to AANM as our new Executive Director after serving as a member, both primary and associate with the association. Previously volunteering on various committees and the AANM Board of Directors has created a solid bridge on her journey to her this position. She has experience working for a variety of companies – large and small, national and local – since 1993, which will aids in her assistance to our members. She graduated from ENMU with a Bachelor’s degree in 1993, and received an ARM® designation in 1996. Outside of AANM, a runner and a soccer player, Kelle fills her world with her husband Luis and their two young boys.

Chaz has been employed with AANM since May 2005 and as of January 2008 was promoted from Administrative Assistant to Education & Events Coordinator. Chaz is the primary staff liaison for education and event committees and educational programs at AANM.

Kim Araujo NALP worked at AANM in 2007 as the part‐time Receptionist and has returned to AANM as
the full‐time Member Services Coordinator as of May 18, 2009. Kim has extensive administrative and
customer service experience as well as vast property management knowledge and experience, from
maintenance personal, corporate office admin, federal housing, to property manager. Kim handles new
member applications, accounts receivables/billing issues and/or statement questions. Kim also serves as

Michelle “Elizabeth” Griffin began working as an Administrative Assistant for AANM in June of 2009.
Michelle has over a decade of clerical and bookkeeping experience including several years of non‐profit
association experience. Michelle is less than 2 years away from obtaining her bachelors degree in
Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management.
